here for a copy of the request form. Make sure you return it to Jessie Runnoe at least one week prior to your event to avoid a late fee. Equipment will not be issued if the form is not returned to Jessie Runnoe at least three days (72 hours) prior to your event.
We cannot provide your event with staging or extra power requirements.
If you are planning an event requiring a set change, please give us the details as soon as you know them. We will let you know how much time we need in between acts.
