Sound Crew
In accordance with Article VI, Section 2, Subsection D of the ASWC By-Laws, hourly wages are posted online. Crew wages are based on experience and work ethic. New members make $9.07 per hour (WA minimum wage). Wages vary between crew members and depend on training, experience, and dedication. Maximum pay is around $9.75 per hour. Equipment rental rates can be found on our Fee Schedule page.
Hiring is done on an as needed basis. The Sound & Lights Director in conjunction with the Director of Student Activities make all personnel decisions for ASWC Sound and Lights.
The Sound Crew is responsible for setting up and taking down equipment, as well as running sound for events.
