In accordance with Article VI, Section 5, Subsection D of the ASWC By-Laws, hourly wages are posted online. Crew wages are based on experience and work ethic. New members make $7.93 per hour (WA minimum wage as of 1 January 2007). Wages vary between crew members and depend on training, experience, and dedication. Maximum pay is around $9.75 per hour. Equipment rental rates can be found on our Fee Schedule page.
Hiring is done on an as needed basis. The Sound & Lights Director in conjunction with the Director of Student Activities make all personnel decisions for ASWC Sound and Lights.
We are currently hiring for Sound Crew. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled.
