College Budget

The Student Budget Committee was created in order to provide students with an opportunity to influence the college budget process. The Finance Chair, ASWC President, and three students selected by the ASWC Congress serve on the committee.

This year, a Budget Advisory Committee has been formed for students, faculty, and staff to deliberate on the budget and make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees. Four student members were desired, and the members of the Student Budget Committee were chosen for this purpose. The ASWC President will serve as a liaison to the student body.

The Student Budget Committee will be at a table in the Reid foyer every day at noon from Monday, December 5 through Friday, December 9. We encourage all of you to come meet us, as the budget process begins to come to a close, so that we can let you know what's been going on and listen to your ideas.
