Budget contacts are the link between ASWC Finance and the individual offices and organizations that ASWC funds. Budget contacts have a number of responsibilities,and in order to simplify the process, ASWC Finance has developed the Budget Manager Handbook. This document explains the rules that govern spending ASWC funds, and outline the procedures that help us to operate in an orderly, business-like fashion.
