Whitman College seeks to enroll talented, involved, and highly motivated students who are interested in contributing to a community of scholars. In the admission process, Whitman's Office of Admission values a highly personalized approach which considers motivation, concern for others, and potential contributions to campus, as well as essays, letters of recommendations, grades, and test scores.
