Jon Gettman was the national director of NORML and has created a college-level course on the web, called Marijuana, Science, and Public Policy focusing on all aspects of marijuana.

The site isn't particularly well organized, but it does have a lot of good information.

The National Society for Epilepsy is a large site with "all you need to know about epilepsy." It is designed as a resource for epilepsy patients and their families.

The National Multiple Sclerosis Society supports a large site containing a myriad of information about this disease including: symptoms, diagnosis, and treatments among many other issues.

Cure Paralysis Now is a site dedicated to everone affected by spinal cord injuries. Its section on "Frequently Asked Questions" has almost anything you could ever want to know about paralysis and its treatments.
