Alison: I constructed a calendar over the break. Every thing in there is separate, Jeff and I are the managers of the Joint session calendar. You can go to that and post the agenda in adavance. My point was to create a calendar that students can use. Is this something you would like to continue? I don't know who, but someone could take it over and pass it on. We often hear about people not going to events because they didn't hear about it. For example, I will imbed the coffeehouse calendar onto their website.

Jeff: I think we would all be in favor of getting these calendars.

Alison: I still have to work out the kinks of this, but it is progressing.

Andrea: I am giving out the new email address to people. Remember your passwords.

Bryce: Can some/many of us meet about the trip stuff?

Alison: for what?

Bryce: for the rental program

Jeff: You will recieve an email telling whether we will have a senate meeting and when we will be meeting.

Andrea: I need to know who will be going to Pasco

Alison: not many people know about the calendars, so start telling people. Hopefully by the beginning of February the Student Activities office will have an advertising push.
