CLaire: motion to revise the ammendment to read that by a 2/3s vote of the joint session, the communications director will be excused from

2.    The Communications Director

ii. The Communications Director shall be in charge of putting on Town Hall meetings.

a. The Town Hall shall be an informal discussion held at least twice a semester, which shall include ASWC members, Senators, the administration, staff, faculty, and/or any body or individual within Whitman College.  If there is no sufficient topic to hold a Town Hall, by a 2/3 vote of the Senate, the Communications Director shall be excused from holding a Town Hall meeting.
