2. The Communications Director
ii. The Communications Director shall be in charge of putting on Town Hall meetings.
a. The Town Hall shall be an informal discussion held at least twice a semester, which shall include ASWC members, Senators, the administration, staff, faculty, and/or any body or individual within Whitman College. If there is no sufficient topic to hold a Town Hall, by a 2/3 vote of the Senate, the Communications Director shall be excused from holding a Town Hall meeting.
