MaLynda Poulsen-Jones, Visiting Assistant Professor of Art Email: poulsem@whitman.edu Bio: MaLynda Poulsen-Jones currently teaches as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Art at Whitman College in Walla Walla, WA. Her work has been in numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout the Northwest spanning WA, ID, OR, and NV and has also been featured in New York and the United Arab Emirates. In addition to her own visual art practice, Poulsen-Jones has recently curated two traveling group exhibits: “Are You What You Eat?” and “Communicable Dis-Ease.” Poulsen-Jones received her MFA with an emphasis in drawing from Boise State University. Professor Poulsen-Jones will be featured in the Sheehan Gallery March 3 through April 17th, 2009.
