| Will Hyman ’06 and the Seattle Philharmonic Orchestra in Concert "I Hear America Singing," featuring American composers including Aaron Copland and George Gershwin in an afternoon full of remarkable home-grown melodies. March 8, 2009; 3:00PM Meany Hall on the University of Washington Campus Due to the success of last year’s event, the Seattle Philharmonic would like to invite Whitman Alumni and guests to attend our season’s third concert for a special $10 ticket price. Professor Keith Farrington will present Walla Walla's transition from 'prison chic' to a wine lover's destination and the impact that has had on the local populations, economy, and institutions.
