RSVP by February 3. Seattle, WA -- February 9 5:30 p.m. Rainier Club, 820 4th Avenue. Parking is available for a fee across the street at Bank of America, United Parking and Jerry's Budget Garage. RSVP by February 3. Portland, OR -- February 28 5:30 p.m. The Governor Hotel, Renaissance Room, 614 SW 11th Avenue. RSVP by February 24. Bellingham, WA -- March 1 5:30 pm Bellingham Golf and Country Club 3729 Meridian Street.
