Eligibility and Course Credit

Semester in the West is a program for Whitman College students only; sophomore status or higher is required to participate. Admission to the program is competitive. The program is offered every other fall semester in even years. Students earn a full semester of academic credit, including courses in politics, biology, writing, and interdisciplinary studies.
