Whitman College Science Fair for Middle and 9th Grade High School Students

Whitman College Annual Science Fair is held in the Spring of each year.  A generous grant from the George T. Welch Trust supports this fantastic event aimed at inspiring students in grades 6-9 to investigate their scientific questions.

Whitman students and staff volunteer to mentor science fair participants as they develop their science projects. There is funding available to help off-set the cost of materials for student projects.   The Reimbursement Form is located here.

Science Fair Registration packets will be available from your teacher in January.  Please contact Heidi Chapin, Science Outreach Coordinator, at 522-4441 or for more information.
